I don't think MSN offers free Internet access.

For other free ISPs, check out sites such as http://www.all-free-isp.com, which will tell you which free ISPs have access numbers in your area.

Or just do a search for 'free ISP' on Google. (It's not that hard to try.)

If you're not finding ones with local access numbers, you may be out of luck. A lot of places don't have local access numbers, especially for smaller cities or rural areas.
