One thing i notice with all your human drawings is that heavily emphasised clavical (the bone that are lower then the neck, but higher then the chest. (Touch your neck area, those two bones that popout)

This drawing makes me feel Alice in Wonderland, but Alice being the wonder for the White hare XD i like the frilly dress.

yea the top bones or whatever tingle said they were stick out alot but nevertheless I really like this peice.

Theres nothing wrong with the heavy clavical though, its a nice style.

I think the biggest problem (if you want to call it that) with your anatomy is the shoulder region. Females have shoulders that slope down more, and are more narrow than a male's, in general. Also on females, the clavical does not noticably extend all the way to the shoulder like a male. Right now your shoulders look rather manly. I actually used to do the same thing.
I'm still not terribly good at drawing females, I still have problems with the hips. But my shoddy female hips coupled with manly shoulders made all my female drawings look like footbal players with hormone problems. Now they are just girls with unattractive hips...
