I reccomend doing some thorough browsing of the Fan Art Gallery (http://www.pso-world.com/fanart.php). You'll find it to be a rather compendious list of the best we've had since day one.

Thats a bit of a touchy subject I think. I think its best to simply choose who you like best on your own. Counting a popularity contest never really leads to warm fuzzies.
If you want some people to emulate though, look around deviant art, there are tons of people on there who are great, even a few bonified proffesionals. I don't think anything I do is cohesive enough to be emmulated. Maybe someday I'll formulate my own style...

What does bug me though is how you can come in here, and consider COMPARING ANY ARTIST AMONG ONE ANOTHER. I am sorry to tell this to you but there is no best artist. No best drawer, painter, mouser... nothing. Why? Because everyone see things in a different light.

Wow! Look at that nice anthro work.... compared to another patron who wants to burn it. Every person sees things differerntly and comparing mine to Cloud to Nara to ANYONE is just down right ridiculious.

Have you updated this recently? I'm aware of a few things that looked great that were not added last time I checked.

There have definately been recent additions to the gallery, I looked through the whole thing yesterday.

Anyways, I think this topic would be better named, "Your favourite artist," and even then, that might make a popularity contest of hurting others feelings D:

I agree, something like this would simply be a popularity contest. We have some new comers with LOTS of talent so it's really hard to make any definitive answers.

Personally, I love SHINE, Navi, Kuda and Hikosaka's work, but I would never say which is best. I like a lot of people's art on this site for different reasons- it wouldn't be fair of me to put one above the other.

The piece of art ive enjoyed the most recently is Navi's 'Sen' drawing I think, very nice piece of art.

Just flick through the Fan Works Gallery, there's a lot of nice art in there.

I guess to answer the question.

The kinda artist i like is one who isnt afraid to break the norm. Who experement, test, and never try to do the same idea more then once (for an offical drawing)

I like bluelikekurt and navinator's works. They have big boobs!!! LMAO.

But besides that, blue does great features on the face.

As a matter of fact, I've been updating like mad with this recent wave of new, rather skilled artists we've suddenly had.

There are a few that are pending approval from the artists that drew them, however. Hopefully, they will be checking their PMs sometime, soon. Otherwise, I may have to try to track down their e-mail addresses or other methods of contacting them.

Oh man, there's so many it won't do anyone justice of having people post their favorites.

Out of the work I've seen here, I love everyone's art. Even if they're having trouble with some things or not up to snuff with the other artists. Each of them have something to contribute and each have a nice personality they put into my mind when I see the things they do.

I guess you could say then, that everyone at PSOw is my favorite artist.
