Check the guides(zorsz) "u wll findzem in thar". You can compare the weapons and items for yourself to see what's the best.

If you want to compare them however the items comparison may be of more use to you because you can select what type of items you want and compare them all on one screen. Wands i believe add the most MST but i havent got a force so i do not know for sure. i belive that the 3 best are the Twinkle Star, Plaintain Fan and the Prophets Of Motav.

You can see from that that the top 5 MST boosting weapons are:
1) Clio (BB)
2) Siren Glass Hammer (BB)
3) Solferino (BB)
4) Summit Moon
5) Twinkle Star

Of course, if you don't play BB, then Summit Moon/Twinkle Star/Plantain Fan/Prophets of Motav/Striker of Chao increase MST by the most. (55MST boost)

The weapon's called Evil Curst, which requires 999mst, it doesnt add mst.

To find out how to find a weapon, look it up in the Item Database (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php), and find out what enemy drops it for your ID. Then kill as many of that enemy as you need to until you find it.
