Practice: Emotions

Again, my trial of practice continues. This one is a pic of my FOnewearl Ana.

I tried to make the emotion like some monster just killed your best friend and you really wanted to kick it's ass for vengence. You know the one.

I didn't mean it to be on lined paper but I just got started and couldn't stop. ^_^" And I wanted to add her Double Saber but what are you gonna do?

Well, you certainly conveyed emotion there. But it feels a bit rigid. The eyes change shape depend on certain emotion, not just the pupils alone.

Also, depending on your style, the approach can be human realistic, anime-like, or plain comedy. If it's anime/manga, search the net for reference; there are plenty out there. ;]
