There is no disc. You can download the client from http://www.psobb.com. Also, it costs $8.95 a month.

There's a link on the site that says 'Download the game'.

Your download time will depend on your connection speed I guess.

You can download the game here:

It is 500 MB. On my cable connection, it takes me about 20 minutes.

Once you install the game and start the program, there will be a "start" button to play the game.
