The special attack casts a random attack tech.

The Psycho Wand's other special ability halves Tech Point costs, but takes the rest of the TP cost from your HP.

half Tp cost, full HP cost. if a tech costs 100 tp then -50TP, -100HP

Hmm. I thought it only took half of the TP cost from the HP. Thanks for correcting my error.

The Psycho Wand HP drain can also kill you... unlike Beserk. You will also loose HP when you are invincible from a mag, or when an enemy drains your TP. (ie: Bringers... or Mericarol, it'll drain all of your Foney's 2000+ TP, delievering a hefty 4000+ damage)

The Psycho Wand also boosts Rafoie, Razonde, and Rabarta damage by 30%.

I think the techs are around the high 'teens in level. Maybe even up to level 20. But they are completely random, so they are only good to finish off an enemy.

Holy crap!!!! I had NO IDEA how hard the Psycho Wand was to get. The best drop is 1/12000 (or close) from a Gibbles not counting the 1/201 from a Mil Lily.

It can be done though... If you have any luck whatsoever, a Mil Lily can be piped about 2.5-3 per hour... that means, you will spend about 75 hours looking for one if you pipe... but piping is rather boring, isn't it?

Or you may be lucky and get it on Mil #37 after 14 hours... like me.
Or you may be unlucky and pipe 348 Mil Lilies to get it... like one poor guy...

at least you CAN pipe. on psobb i had to do the first 2 rooms of ashita no daika (tomorrow's price) for 400 total hours over a 6 month period to find mine. mil# 160 dropped it.
