When do the PSO cards come out?

the GBA "E-reader" that Nintendo will use for there new Pokemon cards,Sonic team says that they are coming out with a kind of "PSO card battle" and that you scan in the cards to your GBA and play some kind of game..but they also said that some cards might include Special items more missions for PSO GC...does any one know when these things are coming out?

Sounds like certain rare PSO battle cards will give you rare weapons in the GC game.
