other than the christmas quest......
can people trade them...... lol if so does anyone have any spares........

To answer his non-trade-related question, it is possible to trade Mag Cells. And the Halloween quest yields a Jack-O'-Lantern.

You can also hunt St. Rappies or Halo Rappies for Mag Cells.
