You need to upload your sig to some available webspace (such as the free webspace most ISPs give you) or use a site like Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) or Imageshack (http://www.imageshack.us/) to host your sig file. Then in the sig area use the bbcode:

{img}http://www.yourhostingsite.com/sigfile.jpg{/img}
replacing { }'s with [ ]'s.

Looking at the properties of what you entered in, I see you didn't quite get the correct address to the image (meaning you followed my format a little too literally lol.) No problem though, post the link to the image at imageshack that you want to use for your sig and I can tell you exactly what to enter into your profile http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I don't see anything on the page you linked to that you might want to use for a sig http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif Are you maybe wanting to use their site logo:

http://psofiles3.home.bresnan.net/animefrenzy.gif
(I'm hosting their file on my webspace so as not to eat up their bandwidth.)

load the image you want up in (let's say) your photobucket account. then copy the image's url and paste it in your sig section in the edit your info area in your account. then put it between (img) ***in here***(/img)and you've got yourself a sig.
and as violet said, change ( to [ and ) to ].
