internet works, but unable to connect w/ GC

i've purchased a hunter's license, but the game cube just can't connect to the online game. i tried power cycling the modem and it didn't work. our gc is directly donnected to the modem, and the modem works fine with the computer. has anyone else had this problem? is there something we need to do to allow the modem to recognize the game cube?

the problem could be with your isp, make sure its compatible with gamecube. other things to check would be how your internet is setup, your gamecube may need a specific ip addy, or use the DHCP.

I've heard a few reports of PSOBB being down, wonder if SEGA itself is having some outages or something.

PSOGC is fine but I was getting some lag getting into the lobbies at first. What was the error message beebee?
