cant renew my HL... whats going on?!

well thats basically it. Im renewing my HL for the 3rd time, but i keep getting this error message after i submit:
"...please make sure all your details are entered correctly and all fields have been filled.." blah blah blah..

all my details are correct, and all fields have been entered..so i got no clue..
i emailed sega, but it may be difficult cause im over here in aus.
ne1 know what to do? or had a similar prob?

yes ive tried both of those.. u get the 2nd one right after the first one..
but i keep getting the error message after that second one..

Maybe sonic team isn't letting anybody renew their HL so they are forced to buy GCN PSO...

Check all the tick boxes, most of them are at the bottom of each page although theres a few hidden away at the top of some pages, and its easy to miss them, just take your time and read through the whole thing carefuly, even though its usualy some dull leagl info.

everything that nds filling, ticking, etc., is done... sigh...

gc pso is too far away for me, dec1st here... otherwise i would leave it, and just wait for gc pso.. =/

You may be having trouble with your postal code/zip code, i use my UK post code with no problem and its formatted as such two letters denoting a county ie Deryshire is DE nottinghamshire is NG etc then Two numbers so DE## thats the first part, the second part is one number and three letters so #** so a UK postcode which works on the sign up is **## #**

Where it asks you to enter your state put in Outside US , its right at the bottom

The PSO HL server is down. I work at http://www.psoexplorer.com, we haven't been able to get one to go through for 2 weeks. I emailed sega.

Here's what I said:

"I work at http://www.psoexplorer.com. We provide a HL service for players who do not have credit cards. Recently, none of the HL's Ive tried to purchase (about 20) have gone through.

Are you currently experiencing server problems?

The error I get from Site #1 is: You have already purchased a Hunter's License...etc" The error I get on the Retry Purchase site is: "You must fill out the form completely" (Even though i did several times"

I get these two errors EVERY time.

Obviously, there is something wrong on your end. In the past, The "Form Completed" error meant that the player had to purchase a new copy (Because it never got fixed for that particular person (You know this, because EVERY player that had this problem was on a waiting list for months with your tech support...with no results)) I think there was a problem with your Drica server not recognizing certain batches of numbers.

NOW, it's happening with EVERY person, even people that I've purchased for in the past. So, there's definately a problem.


Well, I hope my thread will help fix this error. Please respond ASAP.

If anyone out there has been able to purchase a HL in the past few days, please tell me."
