How to Buy EP 4 [Archive]

I was wondering if there is a way to buy epsoide 4. I do not want to keep paying monthly fees for it. I just want to buy it, and play offline. I think the JPN version has EP4 on the disk. Am I right? If I buy it can I play offline?

Episode 4 is only avalible on PSO:BB, which can only be played online. So, you cannot just get it and play it offline.

Episode 4 is bundled with the Blue Burst client download now for the JP and US/EU versions of the game. Since Blue Burst is an online-only game, you will not be able to play Episode 4 offline.
