Hi guys n' gals,
I have a BIG problem.
When I visit Sega (http://www.sega.com/pso_ep3/) to re-new my account something weird is going on..
I log-in fine but when I go to view my account information there is no game data listed - there's nothing under Transaction History! I can't renew my game!
I mean, its been about two years since I last played so I thought - oh, maybe they've just removed the serial/access code from my account - so I tried creating a new account, but its in use - so I don't know if somehow its tied to my account or whether its been reissued or something??
I bought Ep3 new, I've used the serial/access before.. so I have NO IDEA whats going on..
Any suggestions? I don't know the phone number for Sega's PSO tech support so if anyone knows that - please do let me know!
