was a list of "other songs", but Ive never heard of them before, are these by system of a down? or a serious muck up?

A lot of those songs are covers that SOAD did during shows, etc. Either that, or songs they never bothered releasing on CD.

it actually sounds like SOAD. can't be anyone else. the crappy part is that it sounds like SOAD some time ago, mezmerise and hypnotise trully suck if listened after listening the old cds

Also I have to disagree with you on mezmerise and hypnotize. "Question" and "Soldier Side" are two of their best songs.

Ask around, read reviews. Mezmerise and Hypnotize, espcially Hypnotize, are two great CDs. You might not like them for whatever reason, but most everyone else seems to.

And the Zelda song doesn't sound like SOAD.

Ask around, read reviews. Mezmerise and Hypnotize, espcially Hypnotize, are two great CDs. You might not like them for whatever reason, but most everyone else seems to.

i didn't say that i don't like them. it's just that the old cds are way better

I have to agree the older cd's are better, but Hypnotize, in my opinion, does seem to be starting to go back to the style of the older songs

Hypnotize was better than Mezmerize but they screwed themselves releasing a double disc. They should've just weeded out the filler and made one album.

I much preferred Mesmerize to Hypnotize actually, I can't really listen to Hypnotize without having to skip through songs, where Mesmerize I can play through without skipping one song.

I haven't really heard much of their old stuff though, so I can't compare (apart from the released songs)
