This is a long-shot, but its worth a try anyway...
I am connecting to PSOBB's server using software called your-freedom, found on http://www.your-freedom.net. I won't go into detail on how it works, but basically, I can connect to the game just fine, because I managed to download all the update patches for psobb. However, after the news update screen disappears when I press enter, the matrix-like loading screen just remains running on the screen. It doesn't crash, it just...doesn't do anything.
I've waited about 10 minutes, and got no response.
I'm using the US PSOBB.
Although it probably doesn't make a difference, my computer has 1Gb ram, 2Ghz processor, and Geforce 6600 graphics card. I'm guessing its my uni's proxy that doesn't like it, but I'm confused as to why I was able to download the patches, but not get onto the game.
Any help would be grateful,
