REAR (Rare Enemy Appearance Rate)

I've looked all over this site, but I haven't seen anywhere that lists the appearance rates for rare enemies. I know drop rates are grabbed from game data, can't REARs be grabbed the same way? What are the appearance rates for the various rare enemies (if they are each different)?

They have the same rate for all rare enemies.
I believe its 1/512.

Going into an area with more of the type of enemy that can have a rare form increases your chances of course.

yea they are all 1/512 except for kondoryuu. i dunno about the standard appearance rate for it but speaking just from Team H's team quest, its about 1/5.

the rumors that playing team quest more would increase the appearance rate may be correct.

I'm not on BB, but Kondieru (spieleng es rong) has a 1/10 chance of appearing.

There are ecrtain cases however, where the REAR is raised (We think).


Completing 9-5 in a fast time, for instance, supposedly raises the rate for Merissa AA in the hiden room. According to Kefs FJF Excavation, the rate dropped to (about) 1/256

i have seen 4 rare monsters but the weird thing is I only see either al rappy or nar lilly and I only see the when doing certain quests and not the ones in which they are most commonly spoted i see nar lilly on letter from lionel and I see the al rappys on Native Research

We got it down to about 1/5 or 20%, that's as far as it would go. There was a speculated Kondreiu appearance cap in Japan, and it was pretty much confirmed with the formation of the team after we all did about 5,000 runs total. (The rate was nowhere close to 50% appearance rate like it should've been without a cap).

But this only counts for Kondrieu. Not for Pazuzu, Eclair, Del Rappy or Merissa AA. <_<
