I just watched it(yes late i know just got off work)And must i say that episode just pissed me off.
Got damn it Jonathan Kent why'd ya have to go and do that,but i don't wanna see lana go......

Well it was bound to happen you know. This is Superman we are talking about and it is based on the comic books. Certain things can not be altered too much for fear of alienating hardcore fans.

But I have to admit he was and is an admirable character on that show, makes me wish he was my dad.
