Twilight Princess delayed till late August?

Well today I heard from a friend, that last time he was at a "game store" (he didn't specify), that he saw a poster saying Zelda was delayed to August 23rd or something. =/

I haven't heard anything about this at IGN or Nintendo, so I'm hoping it's not true.

Has anyone else heard anything about this?

Not that I know of, gamespot doesn't have any info on it so it should be still on track for a Q2 date.

I was at Game Stop and they have a bulletin saying they are taking reservations for the game foe when it will be released in June. >.>

You said Devil May Cry 3 wasn't coming out at the reduced/greatest hits price, and it did, and it sold out in less than an hour where I went!

You just don't want your store busy and all the questions about what date its coming out is all, everyday, eh?

I was being sarcastic about Zelda, and i still havn't seen the Special Edition of DMC3 anywhere in town.

The only reason I could see Nintendo delaying Zelda is so they can market it alongside Revolution, since the Rev is backwords compatible with GameCube. Also, it is heavily rumored that the Rev-Remote will have a special function is Zelda is played on the Revolution.

i suppose we can just be patient and wait for the freakin thing to come out... no, to hell with that. i haven't heard anything on the release date (except for the stuff on the boards). oh well... the sooner the better.
