Site Updates for January 29th.

Here are some of the changes made on the site over the last couple of days:

Item Database:
-Level requirement for Dirty Life Jacket changed from 50 to 100
-Reversed the card numbers for Dual Strike and Dual Guard

Phantasy Star Universe:
-Major changes to the Weapons, Heads-Up-Display, Extra Mode, and Techniques guides
-Minor changes to Weapon Specialties, Planets, Organiations, Races, and Characters guides.
-The Sounds section has been split into a Voice Samples and Sounds section.
-Two new files were added to the PSU Sounds section

PSO Guides:
-Ketchup345 fixed some typos and added some internal links to this guide (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1031).

Ooh, I noticed the new PSU release dates with respective country flags on the home page.

A nice touch there, to end all the confusion over the release date- as it can be changed accordingly with new concrete info.
