Where did people get their cheats?

NOTE: I AM NOT ASKING FOR CHEATS WHATSOVER

I'm simply asking this. Those of you who used AR for their PSO on the Gamecube, did you guys get these cheats on the internet, a book (with cheats) or did you find them out yourselves. Lots of people asked me if there was cheats for PSO: GCN, and I answered yes but what stomps me is this: their is no website that hosts the cheats so I assumed they must have been self created...

so please answer this- and again NO. IM NOT ASKING FOR CHEATS!

Many were made then posted on a website. Some were home made. I think this thread is not going to go anywhere productive, but I hope I answered your question.
