I've been working on this following the guide here on PSOW and I have done all the side story quests required in order. However during the "Seek my Master" quest, it is supposed to end in the room after you talk to Bernie but for some reason it didn't and I continued on.
I went back and read the guide again and noted that although you must talk to Bernie in every quest he is in (Gran Squall etc), you must also talk to him in "Retired Hunter" if you do that quest.
Well I had done it and Bernie was nowhere to be found although the guide said that he is supposed to be next to the teleporter to the Principal's area.
Has it been changed for BB?
