And Kaffy lost $300.

Let this be a lesson to me and the rest of you, gambling when you don't have control of the outcome is a bad idea.

They played a pretty good game though. But the steelers won by a bullsh-- call (the whole incident where he put the football in after he fell). But whatever.

The laces of the footbal barley broke the front plane of the goal line. (and also, every NFL player moves the ball forward 2-3 feet after they're down hoping for a good spot)

Let's see, besides that non TD that was called a TD, in which the Steelers would probably have settled for a field goal, there was a TD that was called pass interference, Seahawks settled for a field goal.

In the second half a mystery holding call when the Seahawks moved the ball to the 1 yard line, inteception came like 3 plays later because they had to convert on 3 and 18. That interception shouldn't have happened, and the Seahawks would have got at least 3 on a field goal. On the next series of downs after the interception, Steelers run a trick play, 7 more for Pittsburg.

This was a game that was won because of the bad officiating, not settled on the field.

My brother lost $100 on the game.

Said basically the same thing about the calls and conspiracy and worst refs ever, same as the Raiders and "stupid New England, and stupid Tampa Bay."

They called a blocking foul on Hasselback after an interception, but when Big Ben did it on the flea flicker reverse it wasn't called.

Same block, same position player, same left shoulder.

That stood out the most to me.

And if not officiating, refereeing?

Officiating is a word. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Thank you, I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one who saw that.

Normally, I don't have a problem with the Steelers (except when they stand in the way of the Patriots, of course) but I was really hoping the Seahawks would win. Not only did they have a good season (By the end of fantasy football I had Alexander, Jurevicius, Engram, Brown, and their defense on my team http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif and I won the league) I went to school with their rookie linebacker Lofa Tatupu. What better way to end an awesome rookie season than with not only a trip to the Super Bowl, but a win, too?
