bb geforce problems (fixed)

I just bought a new pc, and I thought i would finally be able to run in Hi end, or at least normal. I had to go low end on my lap top so I was expecting a huge improvement.
The graphics look great on normal, but the game runs slow, almost as if it were a lag issue. It is most noticable when walking through a door and at boss battles (Saint Millon/Shambertin/Kondrieu is the worst)
I got some improvement when i set to lo res textures, but not much else seemed to help.
Below is listed my systems specs. If you have any suggestions on any settings please let me know.

AMD Sempron 3100+ 1.8GHz
512 MB Ram
nVidia GeForce 6100 w/128MB video memory

Ok I fixed the problem, but I will leave this post up incase it can help others. I set the PSO display at 800x600, along with the changes mentioned in my earlier post, and it runs fine.
I hope this situation will help others.
