PLEASE DONT MOVE, I AM DESPERATE FOR A HELP

Hi all, well, heres the situation:

I played PSOBB Beta fine, downloaded and everything was cool.

I purchased the game, everything was cool, untill recently. A few months back, I went on PSObb one day and I got the usual nProtect proccess. It normally loads the actual game, but it dosn't load anything now.
I tried again last night and it worked!
I try again this morning and I still have the same problem!

Please help!

1) go in tech support

If you could, post the error log from your Blue Burst Log folder. Also any antivirus/firewall programs you use as well as how you connect to the internet.
