PSOW's Buddy Icons.. too big?

I tried using one of the many buddy icons that PSOW has but none of them work, they're all too big. Perhaps I'm svaing them wrong? I'm "saving target as" and saving them as GIFs, but AIM says the file size is too big or something anyone else havign these probs?
