What is the easiest way to find rare enemies?

Its been tough for me for finding rare enemies its really pi$$ing me off. Its been atleast 2 months since ive seen one anybody have any advice for me.

First off it is Quests: Some quests may have more enemies than specified in normal playing routes, such as Grass/Crimson Assassins in Addicting Foods instead of normal Cave runs, and Chaos/Gran Sorcerers in Doc's Secret Plan for those who don't want to venture to Ruins 3. Second off, if you are Offline, there's something called the Telepipe Trick or whatever people call it http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif Basically, its when you use a Telepipe/Ryuker in an area with a lot of the specified enemy (like Rag Rappy to Al Rappy), and go back, since the game's system resets the enemies when you go back.
