About Version 2 Drop Rates

Does anybody know where can I find the Drop Rates for PSO Version 2 for dreamcast? I guess housoka`s page isn`t working anymore.

Looking at some of the rates, you have to wonder what they were thinking. Some are so easy, and others may as well be impossible.

I can't imagine people had much variety in equipment back then. ;x

Yeah I played a lot in PSO DC, had Red Saber, Handgun, Daggers and Sword, the 9 star weapons and many God Units, also Flame Visit and Anti-Android Rifle, that was all I could find with a HUcast at Lvl 129!

There were insane drops, can you believe that Booma in VHard drops Agito 1975 with a rate of 1/166'666.666!!! This is just crazy...

I guess they wanted that the rares like SJS, Heaken Punisher, Orotiagito, etc were REALLY RARES and exclusive, like for example you have Orotiagito and the people say "Hey this dude is really really lucky" or something like that.

If I remember correctly, there was a competition for JP Players on V1. The Lavis Cannon, Heaven Punisher, and Psycho Wand were the prizes for coming in first place. I think the name of the contest was the "PSO Cup."

I imagine Sonic Team wanted to give other players a chance to find those items. At the same time, they wanted to make the items so rare that only a few people would ever find one.

Anyway those items had insane stats back there on version 2, nothing compared with the stats they have now on the GC/XBox versions. Men I can barely remember the vers. 2 my DC couldn't read a single disc right after I bought this new version of PSO for it, I was so pissed...
