Ever Findable?

I know that now the admins have dropped the drop rate of the red ring and parasitic gene "flow" to 0% but were they ever findable??

Heh, I don't know which admins you are talking about. Here or at Sega? Either way, none is important, since the game is set to 0 drop-anything-rate.
