A really cool bear

a friend of mine brought this stuffed panda over to my house the other night, it wasnt a normal panda because it had herbs sewn' into the interior design of the bear (stuff like sage, etc.) anyhow you throw it in the microwave for like 30sec, let it get warm and cuddle with it and it relaxes you, its freaking cool! I want one but im not sure what its called, has anyone heard of it (and he didn't know what it was either) o.O

...in all seriousness, though, it seems kind of cruel to me. I mean, I know it's just a stuffed animal, but I'd get so nervous putting any kind of animal in a microwave. Stuffed or otherwise. Um that bear sound like a rice pillow. The herbs inside.... its probably the stuff they stuff beanie babies with. I don't want to bum anyone out but 1: its a fricken plushie filled with a heatable substance and 2: how cudly does something seem if it goes in the microwave? microwaves make food not happiness (unless happiness is caused from the food.)

Little tiny balls of aromatic... stuff.

Herbs provide the SMELL.

Microwave + bear = HEAT. They're like heatpacks that relax your muscles, is it not?

It's like how hot tubs work. Warm = relaxing.

I have had these for years, i also used to make them!
Normally they contain dried rice and all different herbs for different reasons, then you nuke them and theyre lovely!!

They're available in a lot of places. I bought one for my cousin for christmas - They're cute, cuddly little teddy bears with a nice scent. The one I got was filled with lavender. Basically, when you heat it up, the aroma is heightened, and is somewhat easier to inhale. Like a lot of herbs, it acts almost like a depressant - although in this case, just because its a nice, warm smell, it just makes you feel...nice.
