So, in a nut shell, the more luck you have, the higher percentage that the weapon attack that you use, will be a critical one.

--It does NOT effect your ability to find rares. Don't ever believe that.

--100 Luck (which is maximum) gives you roughly a 20-30% chance of successfully performing a critical hit. Many people say the luck is a specific number, but they all are within 20-30% roughly. It might not sound like a good chance but it really is.

--10 luck is 2.5% chance of successfull critical hit.
