Top of the head fails at shading, I'll probably smooth that out over time. ;D
As usual, the scanner funked it up a bit, but I attempted to recover from that using some image enhancments and contrast adjustments.

First off, I'd like to recommend that you get some kind of blending tool. Blending stick, q-tip, heck, even fingers work.
Second, I think you should work on keeping the entire head facing one direction, instead of changing views for the mouth. The eyes and nose are at a great angle, but the mouth is more turned to the side, and it looks awkward.
