Card: N4...?

I know this topic might seem... useless, but it's important for me to know. I have 64% of the cards + akiko's frying pan. I'm level 48 at the moment, and what am I missing? LOTS OF N4s! It's anoying, I don't get akiko's wok, nor the recon. For beep's sake what's going on???
Sorry, overcharge of neurons. So is it because I'm unlucky, or is it normal?

If you are only playing off-line, then lvl 48 is not very high; hmm maybe around 500 wins?
If you are serious about collecting all/most of the cards, then you have to have a lot of patience.
Off-line only is even harder, because of the unreduced drop-rates for some of the S/SS cards, and also there is no opportunity to take part in the VIP auctions.
I have about 1700 wins at present(on and offline total), and I have 96% of the cards. Of the 4% I have not got, I am only short of one N3, and one R1; the rest are either S or SS.
It would be interesting to hear from anyone who is offline only, and has all the cards!

So I'm not unlucky? My luck usually runs low apart on PSO epi 1 and 2. What really bothers me is the N4s though, the S and SS I know it's hard to get, but the N4 should appear, otherwise why are they 'common'. Well as for S I have Chaos bringer x3, psycho wand x1, evil curst x1; SS = chaos bringer+ x3. I suppose I'm lucky on that side. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Chaos Bringer+ is the most common SS card. It seems that everyone's first SS card is that. As for me, I'm only at level 20 and haven't completed either side yet. I have like 45% of the cards with Beat, Akiko's Frying Pan, and Hallo Rappy.

I think that some cards might be hidden in certain story quests, am I right to think so?
