1-I'm thinking of creating a FOnewearl. I want to know what the best MAG would be for her.

2-What is DEX for?

1) 5/0/0/195 or 15/0/0/185 or 50/0/0/150 if you plan on Techs only.
2) DEX raises ATA by 0.5.

For my FOs I tend to go for mags that always give the Invulnerable state like Rhibhava, Nidria, Sato etc.

Nidria and Sato would be better because they can have higher MIND then the Rhibhava in the end.
