Off Topic:

Offline trades are done by sending a spare 1st party memory card (3rd party cards corrupt very easily, trust me I know) to the intended recipient via snail mail.

You don't send your main card with all your actual characters. You make a new PSO data slot on the spare and give the new characters on that card the items that are being traded.

Then the person who received it exchanges their items for yours on your card and then sends it back to you.

It all involves a lot of trust and reviewing others reputations. It's also a gamble because things can (and do) get lost in the mail.

But when all is said and done, it's a simple system that allows those who for various reasons can't play online a way to aquire items they need.

Always insure your packages, and always make sure that they are in a water resistant and padded container (manilla bubble envelopes are the best). If possible I would also recommend paying that little extra for receivement notification (I'm not sure if this is possible outside of the US).

That is all it is.
