Here is a start to a pic of Neji that I found somewhere. It is going to be shaded and worked on, so don't think that it is finnished. If this pic is rediculosly MONDO I'm sorry, don't know how to resize. If you have any tips, I'm open for comments...

I'm not a trained artist by any stretch of the imagination, but one thing jumped out at me. There's a weird line on his right arm at the elbow that makes the arm look like two pieces... perhaps it shouldn't go all the way across?
