Praying for the best

My grandfather is suffering pneumonia...he's been in the hospital for 5 days and it's not really getting any better...

My mother took a trip to Winnipeg just to see him...I'm very worried and I can't stop thinking about it...

I live in Texas, and only my mother can go because the air costs are unbelievably high now...all I can do is stay here and hope for the best http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Call your mom when she gets up there.

Show your appreciation for your grandpa this way, since you were not able to take the trip up there.

I already told you I would pray for your grandpa and family, and I will continue to do so.

Besides spiritual, you can also do wordly things for him; one thing such as what Haya suggested. Others might include drawing a picture or something and mailing it along with a card to your grandpa.

I'd definetly call your grandfather. Even if he's too sick/tired to actually talk, your mom could set the phone on his ears, and you can tell him yourself that you love him and hope he gets better. That will make him feel good inside, I guarantee it.

I wish I couldve called my grandfather when I found out he was sick but, it was a little too late for me. That was like a few weeks ago. Hey calling him is not such of a bad idea. We should always show support even through the hardest times.
