For the 70th anniversary, there is an animation made for the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Here is a screenshot.

Trailer is mostly music, fairly straight forward.
I have always found propaganda interesting. You look at it, and you know what they are saying. If you don't know any better, and you watch this 12 times a day; imagine.

Hmm, animated propoganda.... I just ran across something similar today you might be interested in then. It's an old Disney cartoon called "Hitler's Children Education of Death" which details how young children are brainwashed into Hitler Youth and Nazi Soldiers by the German education system. Interesting how they depict Germany as using their fairytales to entrap young children - despite being a modern re-teller of fairy tales himself spreading pro-democracy propeganda.

Weither the cartoon was Federally funded or "inspired" I don't know.. but supposedly it was banned for being controversial for quite a while after WWII.
