Oh yes! This has to be one of the best news items Ive heard for the PSP in a while. The Metal Slug series is one of my favourite arcade series, and to think I could have the first 6 incarnations in my pocket at all times overjoys me! Ok, i will probably ignore number 4 (The weakest in the series), but number 2 will be recieving a beating everywhere I go.

This is a must-get for me =D..even beats my hopes of a MMX4 port on the PSP. Nothing defines "on-the-go gaming" more than an awesome side-scroller.

I can only hope this game isn't as "awesome" as the X-box's MS3 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif . That game made me die alittle inside.

Sadly, Metal Slug kinda peaked at about MSX. 3 was ok, but resorted to cheap bosses to get the players credits. Metal Slug 4 however was the worse with its reuse of backgrounds and other sprites and one of the lamest final bosses ever (Right, so your telling me that the lawyer sprite from the beggining of MS2 was evil and has a factory of rubbish robots?). Metal Slug 5 almost made up for it, but really they should look back at the first 2 games to see what to do.

But anywho, I will be buying this pack for the first 3 games, as they are just pure shooting fun. Still want to see if i can conquer Metal Slug 2 with only 2 credits.

Yes! A reason to use my PSP for something other then my Nintendo and SNES emulator!

Seriously, this is sweet! Metal Slug is such a great series. I played Metal Slug 3 on Xbox and think it was one of the most fun games I played with my friend.
