can't type in id & pw when game starts

ok i was able to get my id and pw typed in finally BUT now it tells me that my id or pw is invalid. so now what can i do and why is it doing that? i know i typed everything in correctly.

my comp is great for gaming...
40+ gig hd (virtual mem is 70% empty still)
3.09+ gig processor
newest geforce vid card
broadband connection speed just slightly under T1 status
ethernet cable connection to modem
has no trouble playing any other extremely large game files

Which PSO game you having trouble with? I assume PSOBB??

I assume you mean PSOBB. Have you been able to play before? If you have just started, then you still need to purchase a Hunters License (and it is seperate from NGC and Xbox accounts, in case you thought that they were an all-in one deal).
Other than that, idk. Hope this helps.

yeah the only thing i can think of that migth keep u from that is u dont have a valid hunters liscense
