I've had a chance to get my ass kicked a few times online with this game already since I picked it up on the 21st, but I don't have any friends on my roster yet. If any of you have this game, then put your friend codes and name down also so we can all play together and use the fricking voice chat.

I'm also looking foward to trying out the capture the flag and Prime Hunter modes. I say we try and schedule something for later in the evening or on Sunday.

I want to have a 4 man game going. The WiFi usually hits me up a 1v1, or rarely, a 3 man ffa. A team game would be fun to play, we should try it with PSOW sometime :3

Freaking $40 Wi-Fi USB thingie...

I'm loving the single player mode, right now. I tried playing an online game, but I found a pretty good reason to, uh... Turn off the "any rank" thing. >_<

Be warned: I suck almost half as much as Firo. >_>

I'm a bit curious, why not make a single unified topic with all of your friend codes in it? Just list them for each game and update as needed. It would also allow you to see what games others are playing and give you a single place to look up people.

Bah shoo shoo! Take your common sense and obviously superior logic elsewhere!

Sorry about the PM Norvekh haha.

Nothing is stopping them from listing their friend codes, names, town information, etc. for the other online games they play.

There's a stickied thread just for this sort of thing in FKL. But I know not everyone goes there.

I finally got to play with Adam last night. It was really sweet trying out voice chat. The sound quality sounded better then Xbox live imo.

So any of you guys up for doing some 4 player matches like Defender or Prime Hunter and such? I say we all get on this Sunday evening around 5PM ish

Hmmm. I assumed someone like you would know how to play around with wireless networks and settings and all that happy shit.

Funny, considering Firo doesn't remotely even want to consider this game anytime soon. Tetris DS is eating my soul. In a month, Brain Age would be having its way with my free time as well.

Brain Age is cool, but it aint meant to be played all day. Like 30 - 45 minutes tops.

Yeah, thanks for the game, and totally wasting my sorry ass on there. W! The voice chat was very cool, too. I could see just getting together with a few people from here and losing a battle quickly so we can lobby troll and just talk to eachother. Cool game, cool features, so far, a few cool people playing online. I just need to get further through the game so I can get more than the zero weapons I have or something. I really haven't spent much time with it yet.

Right. Because knowing how to use something must always, logically, mean you are in posession of it. >_>

Not to mention, that my router isn't exactly compatible with the DS, but that's beside the point.

Nice. I think I've added everybody from this thread already. I haven't been playing it as often though since people have been coming to my Animal Crossing town the past few days. I did manage to play for quite a while today though, and got my first two weapon upgrades.

I haven't been online since I'm trying to finish the single player, so of those bosses are annoying, well atlest I'm half way there.

After that I'll be online all the time when done with single mode.

Would any of you guys be interested in a tournament? I'm in the process of organizing one. Just a small group of people nothing big. There would even be a prize like a gift certifcate to gamestop or whatever.

I've not been focusing much on the single player mode, and when I'm fighting people online, I can see that I'm an idiot for not doing so since I'm getting my ass kicked all the time by players with much better weaponry. I spent a few hours in single player yesterday though and had lots of fun, although I was damn sure I was going to die from a rival hunter in the Vesper Defense Outpost. He left me with only 1% of my life left on my last life bar!

Right now I'm 18% done with the game, with 25% of the Ocolyths claimed.

The single player was pretty fun. I beat it with 77% completion, overall.

The last boss was just... Ugh... :/

I would do that, ive done the single player, took me about 8 hours with 58-9% collected. Past 2 days ive been practising against bots getting my win ratio higher.
