They carry a lot of game soundtracks.
also http://www.cdjapan.com has the PSO GC soundtrack.

and also, sorry if I didnt answer your question completly, but, I dont think the soundtrack is ever going to be released in America. The only way to get it is to buy a Japanese release.

i don't think its piracy to download the music. simply put we own the game, and there is a BGM test, and also those hidden tracks (can still see the light piano), so technically all the cds are is just a professional rip of the music. we should get the cds free instead if we bought the game.


EDIT: don't download until you actually have the game in your hands. then it should be legal
