Meet required mst for hildebears cane. Still can't use it

I have a level 26 FOnewm on BB and I have 405 mst with 4 Angel/Mind++'s on. I also have a Hildebears Cane that I can't use. An explanation why would be much appreciated.

maybe when they changed the drop rates on al the stuff it made the required MST go up a little...i dunno

or maybe u have a hildeBLUE's cane and not a hildebears...hildeblue requires 700 MST

Are you also using a weapon to boost your MST past the requirement for the Hildebears Cane? That method doesn't work on BB so that would explain it

No just needed one more level because it was only boosting my mst by 10.
