How do I get the Tower Quests offline on plus?

Ive finished all the quests including the Central Dome Fire but I cant seem to find Seat of the Heart, East Tower, or West Tower.

Im on Normal Mode.

Well hey, think of it this way... you can like... do 3 things now:
-Do the Black Hound side-quest for the Soul Eater
-Do the WEAPONS side-quest for the Akiko's Frying Pan
-Get the hook up with Dr. Montague for Enemy Weapon Conversion

Yeah but do the Ragol Ring side quest in Ult so you have Kireek on your side in The Seat of the Heart quest.
