Yo, Im a level 23 HUmar, and no matter how many levels I gain (even if it says "ATA +2", my ATA never raises up!!!!! Even if it says that I gained ATA when I level up, press the start screen and it stays at a measly 77 ATA!!! So because of that, most of my weapons are shit. If anyone at all can tell me what the hell is going on, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
