i'm in cave 2 with a skyly. i found a poufilly slime. Any other tips?

Keep splitting till you get a red slime and he drops one? Only took me like 2 dozen runs on BB to get one.

Skyly huh? Play Addicting Food. There's a spot in Caves 2 with two slimes.

Stand between them and cast Rabarta. Or stand away from them (at an equal distance to the two) and whack 'em with the third hit of a combo (untekked Partisans work well enough).

Redria/Bluefull drops are easier (Mil Lily tends to show up more than Pouilly Slime).

For Skyly, do Addicting Food, until you get to the spawn with 2 slimes, use Gi/Rabarta/third attack of a combo to split them into 8 slimes. If you get a red slime, kill it. If you don't, pipe up to P2 and back, and repeat this process.

That's assuming you're on a console version of PSO (which, judging by your profile, you're on GC).

Alternatively, if you can access online play, do Towards the Future, and split all slimes along the way- bear in mind you can't pipe online though.

All rare enemies have the same rate. There are just more Lilies than Slimes.

I might have made it sound like Mil Lily has a better rate, which is false. But, there are generally more Lilies than Slimes. Sorry for the confusion.

get a redria friend who spends 8 hours looking for one and then ask for it real nice like and hope he gives it to you, thats how i got mine...I too am a skyly and did feel your pain

In Redria for me was not too easy, I piped in Waterfall Tears ( 9 lilies room) and found one Demo Comet after one hour and half of piping and THREE Mil Lilies!!, when I was tekking it the light goes off and without saving... started again and get one after 2 Mil Lilies...
