PSOBB: Omg, a Music Video

Hey all, it's been a while eh? Coupled with impending college, extracurriculars out the wazoo and PSO:BB, life has been pretty crazy recently - but I did manage to finish this video, and I was hoping you guys (if any of you still remember me =P) could download it and tell me what you think.

As a heads up, the quality of the shots isn't perfect, so don't expect one of the best videos you've seen in your life. But, if nothing else, crank up the volume. This is the first part of an ad campaign the members of PSOBB are getting together, so any and all feedback would be great.

Pretty cool.

The various kinda "plug ins" that made it feel like a commercial were kinda annoying and took away from the video, IMO. But other than that, a pretty cool music video. Good choice of scenes, and awesome music.

Exactly what's the name of that song, anyway?

pretty good, it well with the song.

edit: cure for the itch is the song name.

NICE! I'm diggin the music. the only thing i would say is the fact that all the shots are tilted

Thanks for the comments. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif Yes, the music is titled Cure for the Itch, and the video is slanted in most spots because it was filmed using a video camera. I've tried fraps (and you can see a single clip of that in the HUcast bit) but upon trying to refilm with it my framerate drops lower than the score that the monkey got on the ACT - which sucks, when you're trying to film. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

If you had never before seen PSO, what would this video make you think? Is it too long? Too fast? What scenes should be changed or edited? We're still editing the video, so just about anything is open to changes or suggestions.

But seriously, I don't know what I was expecting, but that was fun and cool and a really nice look into it. Would've been nice to have added tiny clips of the cool/dramatic Boss intros, etc to REALLY make people go OMG THAT'S SO FRIGGIN AWESOME. Maybe if you make another? Maybe showcase items and possible show off some episode 4? ;o

That was awesome, good job. Made me want to play again. *currently being eaten by Kingdom Hearts 2* And that song was pretty cool. <_<

1: The video is now hosted without any ads or waiting at http://www.jemgaming.co.uk - just go to the downloads, scroll to the bottom and there it is!

2: I've gotten fraps to work very nicely and I've already gotten all the footage of the bosses that you all requested - we just got footage taken from every ep II boss, and I'm in the process of including all of the new shots right now. I'm also going to be updating some other parts too to make it go faster / smoother. Once I finish this final version of the video, I'll make a post about it in the general forum.
