I managed to get all the kits for the dreamcast mag on BB. I made a mark3, leveled it to 50, and I have a level 70+ char trying to use the cell, what am I doing wrong? the stats are 5/0/45/0 as of now. Ive tried using the cell while having the mag equipped on 3 chars.
