I already know what mag I want to raise. I just managed to get a pink mag & I'm going to raise it to be a Sato. I'm set on Sato, so I won't change my mind on that. Why pink? Well, my Huney is Pinkal, so it will fit & it's 1 of the only color Satos I don't have. Anyway, I was wondering what stats I should raise on it. Obviously POW for ATP. I was thinking POW/DEX because I'm having alot of fun using slicers on her & I was thinking the added DEX would add to her accuracy. Any suggestions I how to raise my Sato for her?

Well, if you don't bother to raise DEF or MIND on your mag, then probably something like 5/135/60/0.

With DEF and MIND, I would do this..

20/100/50/30.

Just my suggestions.

5/145/50/0 is a great HUney mag, if you can get a God/Arm. Otherwise, about 60DEX. I've never needed 70DEX on a HUney mag before, 50 is usually enough.

Well, the thing is, the way I raise my Satos, to get the balanced equation on both sides in time for Lv100, all 4 stats end up being 25 each. So, at Lv100, all 4 are 25. I know it's a weird way to raise them. However, it guarantees the balance I need to get a Sato & also, I carefully raise them to get the 3 best PBs: Estlla, Pilla, & Golla (gained in that order). In order to do all that, I have to have 25s on each stat. Strange, I know, but, it works.

Anyway, from that point on is where I'm wondering to raise from. Since I'm seeing alot of agreement on POW/DEX, a couple possibilities could be 75POW/75DEX, 100POW/50DEX, 125POW/25DEX, etc etc.

The less DEX, the better. Remember, each POW is worth 2 ATP while each DEX is only .5 ATA. Just be sure to find some God/Arms.

I know. I was just wondering if I should raise DEX (for ATA) & if so, how much. Idk where to get any God/Arms just yet. I figured my Rangers wouldn't need it. However, it would be nice to have at least 1 for whoever I need it for.

Hmmm. Think I should try the Dubchich method. Of the 3 IDs which seems to get it best? I've noticed that even with identical DRs, some IDs appear to get items like slot items easier.

No idea. I've gotten most of my God/Arms from Skyly Hildeblues. I've only done the dubchic method to get PB/Creates. It can take a while mind you.

Heh, I got my God/Arms from Dubchics. Never tried to get them, usually accidents. Although I think getting them from Hildeblues might be faster if you pipe.

I know. That's the thing tho. I've piped for Hildeblues & Hildetorrs in the past. It's not like with lillies. I could spend HOURS & NOT find one. At least I've learned that eventually I'll run into Red Slimes & rare lillies. Sometimes, even certain rare Rappies. It's those damn Hildys that don't love me. I guess I gotta try anyway. Off-topic:
In my 600+ hours of playing PSO, I have never found a Pouilly Slime. I have only found one Hildeblue and one Hildetorr. Only two Mil Lilies. At least I got a Demolition Comet from one.
Yet I have found many Nar Lilies and a lot of Al Rappys, plus a few Pals.

On the subject of raising a mag, how about 25/110/40/25?

my huney mag has 10/130/30/30 and it works fine for me.

i have ran in to 6 hildeblues 4 al rappies 8 nar lillies 1 red slime ever and it dropped god power. 2 hildetorrs 1 red saber from one. 2 pal rappies 1 red scorpio. 3 mil lilies 2 standstill sheild and a sange. i have never raninto a rare rappy in episode 2 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

I had a 30 DEX HUney mag on GC- one you got to the later stages in Ult, she couldn't hit a thing. I always go for 50DEX, and an /Arm unit.

Hmmm, so it's debatable whether I should have 25 or 50 DEX, but, apparently I won't need 75 DEX? Btw, I scored a God/Arm this afternoon! Right now, it's on my RAmar & it's helping a bit with his Justy (wish I had max ATA, but, at least now, I know what his max ATA can be). According to the consensus here, it will be 125POW/25DEX or 100POW/50DEX, but, not 75POW/75DEX cause I may not need that much dex?

For my HUnewearl, I'm making a Nidra (Leilla, Pilla, Golla; I know, lol but I want different PBs so they won't match other players PB) 149POW, 7DEF, 44DEX. Assuming I don't get any God/Abilities, that'll leave me with 30 ATA to fill at 200 which is a mere two God/Arms. Of course, you're not planning for 200 so 50 should be find.

But seriously, stop with the 25/25/25/25 Sato makin'. HUnewearls have plenty of MST as is and any extra POW adds more kick to level 20 Shifta. And no need to fret over DFP since you get level 20 Deband and Jellen.

Wait...HUneys get Lv20 techs??? I thought that was only RAmarls??? Woah, I gotta transfer some tech disks to her if this is true. As for the 25/25/25/25...it's the only real way to get the setup on the mag I want. Think about it. The 3 best PBs in the game AND a guaranteed balance for a Sato evolution at 100. To get those PBs in order, you have to raise up MIND some. Sure it's a waste on my android chars, but, my HUney isn't a cast so it's OK. Hmm, if what you say is true, I really need some 20 disks for her. Gotta rummage through my stuff. So should I go with 125POW/25DEX, 100POW/50DEX, or 75POW

Well, if I do 50 & use a God/Arm, thats +65DEX. Not bad considering some here said 75 on a mag was too much. Guess that will work fine. I just hit 100 & my mag's a Sato as of a few min ago. I'll start it's stat raising tomorrow. Thanks for all the help guys. Actually that's only +40 DEX. Two DEX mag points = one ATA point. Because of this I would never suggest using a mag with odd numbers on DEX.

On my HUnewearl I use a 5/90/70/35 mag, and at level 135 and 2X god/arms I have 196 ATA. I used alot of power materials, that's the only reason for the mind on the mag.

That's right, I was thinking of weps. With weapons, whatever the hit % is, that number is added to your ATA. Sorry. LOL Well, according to your formula, if I have the DEX on my mag at 50, that's an even # & should work well.
