signature problems

I'm having trouble putting pics on my signature and it isnt because they are too big because they are small. What should i do and what do you normally do to put pics in your signature?

Your sig is too large. Forum rules specify: 600 pixels horizontal, 180 pixels vertical, 35000 bytes max (which is roughly 34.17KB)

In addition, when you are using a maximum-sized signature, you are only allowed to have one line of text.
